We ship worldwide from the UK. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of production completion.
Production Time
All orders are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 1–2 working days before dispatch. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), production may take an additional 1–2 days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel’s progress through the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@presskingdom.com.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2–3 working days before contacting us, as parcels can sometimes experience minor delays.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours and any safe places around your property. If it still can’t be located, contact us within 7 days and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
