Refund Policy
Because all products are custom-printed to order, our refund and return policy reflects the nature of made-to-order manufacturing. Please read this carefully before placing your order.
Key Rule
All sales are final once an order enters production. Defect claims must be submitted within 3 working days of delivery. No refunds are issued for artwork errors in customer-submitted files.
1. All Sales Final — Custom Printed Goods
Because all goods are manufactured custom to your specifications and artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed products.
Once an order enters the production queue, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. You will be charged for all printed and in-progress items.
The following items are expressly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance:
- Custom or personalised printed items (all DTF-printed garments including t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts)
- Items with artwork errors originating from customer-submitted files
- Items damaged due to improper care or washing by the customer
- Sale or discounted items
2. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order; AND
- Your order has not yet entered the production queue; AND
- Your artwork file has not yet been processed for printing
To request cancellation, email us at orders@presskingdom.com immediately. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 14 working days to the original payment method, with no additional fees.
3. Defect Claims & Replacements
3.1. How to Submit a Defect Claim
If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect, you must submit a claim within three (3) working days of delivery by emailing orders@presskingdom.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the alleged defect
- A written description of the issue
Claims submitted after three (3) working days are waived without exception.
3.2. Eligible Remedies
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, your sole and exclusive remedy is replacement of the defective item(s). No cash refunds, store credits, or garment cost reimbursements will be provided for defect claims.
3.3. What Is NOT a Defect
- Washing failures including high heat, bleach, fabric softeners, or tumble drying (we recommend washing inside-out at 30°C)
- Low resolution, pixelated, or improperly prepared artwork submitted by the customer
- Colour variation (see Section 4 below)
- Sizing errors originating from customer-selected options
- Customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of garments
- Dye migration caused by garment fabric or dye type
4. Colour Variance
Colour variation is inherent to DTF printing. Press Kingdom does not guarantee exact colour matching to screen displays, digital proofs, physical samples, previous print runs, Pantone colour systems, or any other standard.
Colour variations from RGB-to-CMYK conversion, garment fabric type, or DTF ink characteristics are not defects and do not qualify for reprints, refunds, or any other remedy.
If colour accuracy is critical, we recommend checking your design on multiple devices before ordering.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit, with wrong items, or with a verified production error, notify us immediately at orders@presskingdom.com with photos and your order number.
For shipping damage, you may also need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Press Kingdom is not liable for transit damage once goods are released to the carrier, however we will work with you to resolve the issue wherever possible.
6. Refund Processing
For any approved refund (cancelled pre-production orders only), processing takes up to 14 working days via the original payment method.
Only the original order amount is refunded. Shipping fees and any rush/express fees are non-refundable.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
