How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, choose your item, use our design tool to customise it, then add to cart and checkout. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
What file formats do you accept for uploads?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, upload high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! You can order as few as one item. However, we offer bulk discounts starting at 10+ items — up to 15% off for orders of 50+.
How long does shipping take?
UK standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. We also ship worldwide: Europe (5–10 days), North America (7–12 days), and Rest of World (10–14 days). Express options are available at checkout. UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.
What is your returns policy?
Since all items are custom-made, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 3 working days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll replace it free of charge. Can I save my design and come back later?
Yes! If you’re logged in, you can save your design to your account and access it anytime from your dashboard.
What printing method do you use?
We use a premium custom printing process that produces vibrant, full-colour designs with excellent wash durability. Our technology is suitable for all garment colours and complex multi-colour artwork.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?
Absolutely! We offer automatic quantity discounts: 5% off for 10-24 items, 10% off for 25-49 items, and 15% off for 50+ items. For larger orders, visit our Bulk Orders page for a custom quote.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Our design tool shows you a live preview of your design on the product. For bulk orders, we can provide a digital proof before production begins.
What sizes are available?
Our garments are available in sizes XS through 2XL. Check the size guide on each product page for specific measurements.

Do you ship internationally?
