Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions
- “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” — Press Kingdom, a custom printing business operating from the United Kingdom.
- “You” or “Customer” — Any individual or legal entity accessing the Website or placing an Order.
- “Order” — Any request to purchase custom-printed garments or decoration services through the Website.
- “Content” — Artwork files, images, text, or other materials you submit for production.
- “Website” — presskingdom.com and all associated subdomains and ordering portals.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an Order, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website or place any Order.
Your continued use following any posted update constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
3. Services Overview
Press Kingdom manufactures and supplies custom-printed garments using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technology. We offer t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts with custom designs printed to order.
For bulk orders, the Customer remains solely responsible for the resale, labelling, regulatory compliance, and suitability of all finished goods sold to end customers.
4. Orders & Order Acceptance
All Orders are subject to Company acceptance. Submission of an Order does not create a binding contract until production begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including Orders with unlawful artwork or past-due account balances.
If cancelled prior to production, you receive a full refund. Once an Order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, and you will be charged for all printed and in-progress items.
5. Artwork, Files & Customer Responsibility
Print-Ready Requirement: You are solely responsible for submitting final, print-ready artwork. The Company prints exactly what is submitted and does not proofread, redesign, correct, scale, or modify submitted files unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to production.
By placing an Order, you confirm files are correct, complete, colour-accurate, properly sized, and approved for production. You represent that you hold all rights to reproduce all content in the submitted artwork.
Artwork Check — Limited Courtesy Only: As a courtesy, we may perform a brief visual review limited to obvious issues such as blank submissions or severely corrupted uploads. This review expressly does NOT cover:
Resolution or DPI issues not visible at thumbnail size
Colour profile differences (RGB vs. CMYK) or colour shifts
Font rendering, kerning, or character encoding issues
Transparency, layer, or blending mode conflicts
Sizing discrepancies, misalignments, or placement errors
Spelling, grammar, or content errors of any kind
Absence of notification does not constitute artwork approval or warranty of print quality. No reprints or refunds will be issued for errors in submitted files.
Colour Variance Disclaimer: Colour variation is inherent to DTF printing. The Company does not guarantee exact colour matching to screen displays, digital proofs, physical samples, previous batches, Pantone systems, or any other standard. Colour variations are not defects and are not grounds for reprints, refunds, or any other remedy.
6. Production & Turnaround
All turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Timelines are subject to order volume, equipment maintenance, material availability, staffing, and holidays.
The Company shall not be liable for any delay in production or delivery, regardless of cause. Standard production time is 1–2 working days, after which items are dispatched via the selected shipping method.
7. Garment Care & Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the proper care and maintenance of all garments received. We recommend washing inside-out at 30°C and avoiding tumble drying, bleach, and fabric softeners.
The Company is NOT responsible for: damage caused by improper washing, ironing directly on prints, exposure to harsh chemicals, or any deterioration resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
8. Defect Claims & Replacements
Claims must be submitted in writing to orders@presskingdom.com within three (3) working days of delivery with: (a) your order number; (b) clear photographic evidence; and (c) a written description. Claims submitted after three (3) working days are waived.
The Company’s sole obligation for confirmed manufacturing defects is replacement of the defective items only. No cash refunds, store credits, or garment cost reimbursements will be provided.
The following are expressly NOT defects:
- Washing failures including high heat, bleach, or fabric softeners
- Dye migration caused by garment fabric or dye type
- Low resolution or improperly prepared artwork submitted by the Customer
- Colour variation (see Section 5)
- Sizing errors originating from customer-selected options
- Customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment is confirmed.
For bulk orders exceeding £500, the Company may require a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% before production begins. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting written resolution is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the original Order amount plus any associated fees.
10. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you when goods are released to the carrier. The Company is not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or transit damage. Shipping claims should be filed directly with the carrier, though we will assist where possible.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
11. Cancellation & Refunds
You may request cancellation only if your request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the Order AND the Order has not yet entered production. Contact us immediately at orders@presskingdom.com.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 14 working days to the original payment method. Shipping fees and any rush/express fees are non-refundable.

Informal Resolution First: Before initiating any legal proceedings, contact us in writing at orders@presskingdom.com to resolve the dispute informally. The parties have thirty (30) days from written notice to reach resolution.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
19. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any Order confirmation, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior negotiations and agreements.
Amendments: The Company may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered accounts.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions continue in full force.
Electronic Acceptance: Clicking “Place Order,” creating an account, or using the Website constitutes your electronic signature and legally binding acceptance under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
