Placing an order
When you check out, you’re making an offer to buy — not a guaranteed sale. We can decline or cancel any order for any reason (stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud). If we cancel on our end, you’re refunded in full within 7 business days.
Pricing & promo codes
All prices shown are in USD and don’t include sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. One promo code per order — codes don’t stack with each other or with bundle pricing unless we say otherwise on the product page.
Who owns what
Every design, photo, and the Spellr Labs name itself belongs to Spellr Labs Inc. You’re welcome to share and tag us — but reproducing our designs, photography, or branding for commercial use isn’t allowed without written permission from us.
Product warranty
If something fails because of how it was made — not from normal wear — we’ve got you covered for 90 days from delivery. Email warranty@spellrlabs.com with a couple of photos and we’ll sort it out.
Limits on liability
If something goes wrong, the most we’re responsible for is what you paid for that specific item. We’re not liable for indirect or downstream damages beyond that.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of [Your State], USA, and any disputes are handled in [Your County] courts.
